An independent embedded DC power system 48VDC 200A-400A can be flexibly provided for any indoor site or outdoor telecom power cabinet if required. Acting as a reliable base station power system, its maximum capacity ranges from 18kW (200A) to 27kW (400A). Based on a new generation rectifier power supply module, it delivers exceptional high efficiency and power density to save electricity and footprint for customers.
Due to its standard 19-inch embedded power structure, this system can be installed seamlessly into various setups. Basic components of the sub-rack include a versatile distribution unit, a smart control unit (SMU), and hot-swappable slots for 6 (200A) to 9 (400A) rectifiers. Low voltage disconnect (LVD) is included for discharge time improvement and optimal battery health. Furthermore, the distribution section of the plant is strategically split into two branches of circuit breaker positions, where the current in each branch is precisely monitored by the controller.

SMU48B Monitoring module is a small monitoring unit, mainly to check the operating status of the power system and control the operation of the power system. It provides rich interfaces such as sensor interface, CAN connection port, RS 485 interface, input / output dry contact interface, etc., which can be used to manage the site environment and alarm reporting. It can be provided at the same time remote communication with the third party network management supporting the general protocol to manage the power system remotely.

R4850G is a high efficiency, high power density of the digital rectifier module, to achieve a wide range of voltage input, 53.5V DC has the default output. It has the advantages of soft start function, perfect protection function, low noise, and parallel use. Through power supply monitoring, it realizes the real-time monitoring of rectification module status and load and output voltage regulation function.
