Engineered for longevity, the DC cabinet is constructed from 1.2mm galvanized sheet, while the battery base utilizes 1.5mm hot galvanized sheet for superior structural support. The stacking interface is meticulously engineered with waterproof rubber strips and secured by heavy-duty nuts and bolts to ensure a weather-tight seal. Inside, the cabinet is lined with fireproof silver insulation cotton to maintain thermal stability and protect sensitive components.

4. Internal Routing and Insulation
Internal cable routing is facilitated by multiple 50mm diameter holes alongside the 19'' installation profiles. Furthermore, the inner walls are fully lined with fireproof, silver-colored insulation cotton to strictly control internal temperatures.

8U Embedded DC Power Framework (24kW)

Power distribution sub rack requirements:
1.With the conventional circuit breaker design, the back positive output copper busbar is designed according to the copper terminal requirements of customers, so as to facilitate the management of wiring. Key shaped terminals on the negative MCB.
 
2.24KW with 4KW rectifier 6pcs, temporary use of 16KW, 2 expansion, sample full match.
 
3.Install four batteries. Configure four battery circuit breakers for power distribution.
